How to request a refund
Email hello@globalwehelp.com with your order details, including the email address used at checkout and your receipt or order number. We will process eligible refunds back to your original payment method.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please contact us within the 14-day window. Refunds requested after 14 days may not be eligible.
